• All registration cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing. 

• Full refunds will be granted for cancellations received by June 30, 2025.  No refunds or credits will be granted for cancellations after June 30, 2025.  (Members excluded)

Please submit all requests to info@upcea.edu. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may transfer their registration to someone from the same organization. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.

UPCEA Regional Salons are virtual, free events designed by Region leaders providing a blend of content and connecting opportunities. Salons feature interactive sessions, expert-led discussions, and peer learning focused on the latest trends, challenges, and innovation in the online, professional and continuing education landscape.

The informal, conversational format encourages meaningful dialogue and idea exchange, helping attendees to build connections and gain actionable insights.

Conference Privacy Policy Attendees of the UPCEA New England Region Salon grant UPCEA a non-exclusive worldwide right to reproduce, distribute, any part or all of the webinar presentation, including any written or audio/visual material submitted in connection with the presentation, in whole or in part, in any media, including any audio or video recording of the presentation. Affiliated Events Policy Corporate member and nonmember attendees are prohibited from holding any meetings (briefings, seminars, etc.) targeting professional, continuing, and online leaders in higher education who they know will be attending the UPCEA event, and utilizing our name and likeness to do so, unless otherwise negotiated and scheduled with and by UPCEA.

UPCEA reserves the right to prohibit corporate member and nonmember attendees who violate this policy from exhibiting or participating at UPCEA events.
