Please nominate an individual for one of the following positions:
 Nominating an individual for more than one position as well as nominating multiple individuals requires separate submissions


Board Positions

President-Elect, 2025-2026, serving and the Board President in 2026-2027
Regional Cabinet Chair, 2025-2027
At-Large Directors (6), 2025-2027
Diversity and Inclusive Excellence Co-Chair, 2025-2027
Policy Committee Chair, 2025-2027

Board Standing Committee Positions (non-board positions)

Finance Committee members (2), 2025-2026
Diversity & Inclusive Excellence Committee members (2), 2025-2026
Policy Committee members (4), 2025-2026
Membership Committee members (2), 2025-2026

Nominations close on Friday, August 30, 2024.

Annually, and in accordance with the UPCEA’s Bylaws (2023), the Governance and Nominations Committee seeks nominations for various leadership positions within the association, striving to identify individuals who are willing to serve as strategic, fiscally responsible, and inclusive leaders for the association.

Included among the Governance and Nominations Committee’s selection criteria will be a balance of both institutional and personal diversity. Individuals selected will be responsible for promoting the interests of the Association. The UPCEA Board has a culture of inquiry, participates in inclusive and interactive conversations, and reconciles values, vision and choices that benefit the association and its members.


UPCEA strives to be an inclusive organization that actively encourages and supports diversity among its members and institutions. UPCEA is committed to reflecting those values in selecting its Board of Directors and in the institutions they represent. UPCEA seeks leaders who will bring novel insights to address challenges in our field and to expand educational opportunities for students from all backgrounds and interests.
